This is a very rare artist book by art and fashion photographer, Mark Borthwick. Entitled If We're Pioneer's, the book was published in 2009 by PAM Books, the publishing arm of clothing brand Perks And Mini. Mark Borthwick is among the generation of photographers who in the ’90s broke through the conventions of fashion photography.
Perks (Misha Hollenbach) is also an artist and before going out on his own with his wife (Mini), he was art director for various 90s streetwear brands including Fuct. PAM has continued to create compelling apparel collections and art endeavors. During the 2000s, we distributed many of the PAM artist books and artist toys. Edition of 1000.
